A full top-to-bottom clean of every room. In the kitchen we clean cupboards inside, all work surfaces, the sink and tiles, and vacuum and mop the floor. Greasy tops of wall units are optional and quoted separately. Appliances — such as the oven, hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge or freezer — are not included in the base price; add each one separately when you build your instant quote (from £15 each). Bathrooms are fully descaled — limescale, tiles and shower screens — apart from silicone sealant and grouting. All floors are vacuumed and mopped, and we clean internal windows, skirting boards, doors, switches and light fittings throughout. The clean is matched to the checkout inventory standard your letting agent uses.

Most properties take between 3 and 8 hours depending on size and condition. A studio or one-bed flat is usually done in around 3–4 hours, while a larger three or four-bedroom home can take a full day. We send the right size team so the job is finished properly on the day.

Standard cleaning includes vacuuming all carpets. Professional hot-water extraction is optional in your quote — add carpet washes, bedroom, hallway or staircase carpets from £18 each, or rug washes at £15 per rug. Please note we cannot guarantee that every mark or stain will be removed; results depend on the carpet and how long the stain has been there.

Silicone sealant and grouting are not included in our standard bathroom clean. We descale bathrooms and clean tiles and shower screens apart from those areas. If sealant or grout issues are flagged on your inventory, you may need a specialist reseal or grout treatment.
